Applicant Bank has filed Withdrawal Application I.A. No.1840 of 2026 supported by affidavit for withdrawal of the T.O.A. No.966 of 2016. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- and the Applicant had issued Settlement Letter dated 18.03.2026 to the Defendants and their loan stands closed. Now, the Applicant does not wish to proceed with this T.O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present T.O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1840 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, T.O.A. No.966 of 2016 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules.
