Applicant Bank has filed Withdrawal Application I.A. No.1950 of 2026 supported by affidavit (exhibit-17) for withdrawal of the T.O.A. No.1771 of 2016. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the defendants are not traceable. Now, the Applicant does not wish to proceed with this T.O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present T.O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1950 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, T.O.A. No.1771 of 2016 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of.
