Applicant Bank has filed Withdrawal Application I.A. No.331 of 2026 supported by affidavit for withdrawal of the T.O.A. No.09 of 2025. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been fully and finally settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.22,27,883/- through OTS and their loan account stands closed on 25.08.2023. Now, the Applicant does not wish to proceed with this O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.331 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, T.O.A. No.09 of 2025 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules.
