21.07.2026 Exh Roznama-MDRT-II T.O.A. No.11 of 2025 Next date rst - 20 Mr Somesh Talla i/b Ms Vaishali Bhilare, Advocate for the Applicant. None for Defendants. Applicant Bank has filed Withdrawal Application I.A. No.1409 of 2026 supported by affidavit for withdrawal of the T.O.A. No.11 of 2025. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant Bank has recovered entire dues by selling the secured assets and the surplus amount has already been returned to the Defendants. Now, the Applicant does not wish to proceed with this T.O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present T.O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1409 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, T.O.A. No.11 of 2025 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules.
