**: ORDER :**
1. The claim of the Applicant is fully satisfied in the sum of Rs. 450,000 /- against the claim of Rs. 28,74,368.34/-.
2. The Defendants paid the agreed amount of Rs. 450,000 /- (Rupees Four lakhs fifty thousand only)
only) to the Applicant and the Applicant passed receipt to the Defendants to that effect.
3. In view of the said withdrawal, the ~~OA/TOA/RP/TRP~~ No. 94 of 2024 is disposed of.
4. The original documents, if any, be returned to the Applicant after placing the certified copy of the same on record.
5. The Court Fee be refunded as per Section 21 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.
6. No dues certificate is to be filed by Applicant. Ordered on this 10<sup>th</sup> May, 2025.
