**: ORDER :**
1. The claim of the Applicant is fully satisfied in the sum of Rs. 2,54,64,923.3/- against the claim of Rs. 2,27,03,805.01/-.
2. The Defendants paid the agreed amount of Rs. 2,54,64,923.3/- (Rupees Two Crores Sixty Four Lakhs Nine Hundred Twenty Three Only)
only) to the Applicant and the Applicant passed receipt to the Defendants to that effect.
3. In view of the said withdrawal, the OA/TOA/RP/TRP No. 167 of 20 23 is disposed of.
4. The original documents, if any, be returned to the Applicant after placing the certified copy of the same on record.
5. The Court Fee be refunded as per Section 21 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987. *No dues certificate is to be filed by Applicant.*
