1. On 8th October 2014, the applicant presented the Original Application to recover Rs.13,11,295.98. Sufficient opportunities were granted to the applicant to file the CAOD. However, as of date, the applicant has failed to file CAOD. Even today, the applicant’s counsel seeks adjournment to file CAOD. Her request is rejected. Hence, Original Application No.1520 of 2016 stands dismissed for want of prosecution with no order as to costs.
