ORDER
1. The applicant confirms it received Rs.1.88 crores in full and final satisfaction of its claim and therefore, seeks the Tribunal’s permission to withdraw the Original Application. Ms Desai submits that the applicant does not press for the refund of the court fees. Permission to withdraw the Original Application is granted.
