1. Ms Jadhav, representing the applicant, submits that the matter has been amicably settled in 2017 but she is unable to retrieve the documents and seeks adjournment to take steps to withdraw Miscellaneous Application. The learned counsel for 1st respondent also confirms the settlement. Hence, Miscellaneous Application No.26 of 2016 stands dismissed for want of prosecution with no order as to costs.
