1. The applicant’s counsel has filed pursis (exhibit-18) which reveals that despite several telephonic conversation and e-mails, the applicant’s officer has failed to give any instructions to proceed with the case. The learned counsel intend to take steps to terminate the agency. From the pursis, it is clear that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the case any further. Hence, Miscellaneous Application No.13 of 2013 stands dismissed for want of prosecution with no order as to costs.
