1. The applicant states that on 15th March 2016, the predecessor-in-office pronounced the judgment in Original Application No.140 of 2014 and ordered for issuance of the Recovery Certificate. After that, the Recovery Proceedings commenced and the parties arrived at an amicable settlement. The present Miscellaneous Application is filed for the return of the original documents. Her request is accepted.
2. Miscellaneous Application No.42 of 2023 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
3. The learned Registrar is directed to return the original documents to the applicant as per the Rules.
