ORDER
1. The Interlocutory Application is moved by the applicant seeking the permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the Original Application on the ground that it has been amicably settled between the parties. It is stated that defendant has made the payment in the sum of Rs.295 lakhs in full and final settlement of its claim. The applicant does not want to proceed with the application and therefore, seeks withdrawal of the
Original Application.
2. The permission to withdraw the Original Application is granted.
3. Interlocutory Application No.30 of 2021 is allowed with no order as to costs.
