ORDER
1. The parties have amicably settled the matter pursuant to the SBI OTS 2020 scheme propounded by the applicant. Pursuant to the scheme, the borrowers made the payment in the sum of Rs.2,97,19,188.60 and has also availed the 15% incentive of making the payment in advance. The applicant has placed on record the evidence by way of annexure A and B to
the application.
2. The applicant seeks the permission to withdraw the Original Application and refund of the court fees.
3. The permission to withdraw the Original Application is granted.
4. Interlocutory Application No.107 of 2021 is allowed with no order as to costs.
