ORDER
1. It is the applicant’s application supported by affidavit of Mr Sanil Panicker, Executive Director, seeking the permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the Original Application. It is stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the litigation between them has been settled. The defendants have made the payment in the sum of Rs.2.25 crores in full and final satisfaction of the applicant’s claim.
2. Ms Ghogare, for defendants, confirms the facts stated in the application.
3. Liberty is granted to the application to make the application for refund of the court fees as per the Rules.
4. The Interlocutory Application No.207 of 2021 is allowed with no order as to costs.
