ORDER
1. The applicant states that it has received the sum of ₹316 lakhs in full and final payment towards its claim by way of settlement between the parties. The applicant therefore, requests this Tribunal to grant permission to withdraw the Original Application. The applicant has placed on record the photocopy of the letter dated 24 th December 2019. So also, the undertaking made by
defendants. The resolution dated 31st July 2019 passed by the defendant no.1 would support the negotiated settlement between the applicant and defendants.
2. On 13th February 2020, the applicant issue no due certificate. The applicant’s chief manager Mr P. Kameswara Rao confirms the facts stated hereinabove in his affidavit.
3. I am convinced that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Permission to withdraw the Original Application is granted.
4. Interlocutory Application No.310 of 2021 is allowed with no order as to costs.
