Applicant Bank has filed Withdrawal Application I.A. No.1678 of supported by affidavit dated 04.05.2026 for withdrawal of the T.O.A. No.606 of 2017. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.7,10,000/- as per OTS. Now, the Applicant does not wish to proceed with this O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present T.O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1678 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, T.O.A. No.606 of 2017 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. The Applicant shall be entitled to
