According to the Applicant, delay of 13 days in filing the Application be condoned. Since according to the Applicant the matter is already settled, so, in these circumstances, delay is hereby condoned and the Order dt.21.09.2023 passed in O.A. No.259 of 2018 is hereby set aside and O.A. No.259 of 2018 is ordered to be restored to its original number and be listed on today's Cause List forthwith.
