No.1820 of 2016.</p><p>Pursuant to settlement arrived at with Defendants and having received Rs.4 Lakhs towards full and final settlement of the Claim under O.A., Applicant Bank moved an Interlocutory Application (I.A.) No.997 of 2024 seeking withdrawal of the O.A. which is allowed and Original Application No.1820 of 2016 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
