No.233 of 2024. The grounds mentioned in the M.A. for restoration of the S.A. perused.</p><p>According to the counsel for the Applicant, the counsel was appeared but there was huge rush and by the time advocate for the Applicant appeared before this Tribunal, the matter had already been dismissed and the advocate requested in the 2^nd half again and on the advise of this Tribunal, the Applicant filed the present M.A. for restoration of the S.A. and the M.A. was filed on the same day.</p><p>The absence of the Applicant, at the time when the case was called, appears to be bonafide and not malafide. The M.A. for restoration was filed on the same day. So, in these circumstances, Order dt.24.07.2024 dismissing the S.A. No.233 of 2024 is hereby set aside and the S.A. is ordered to be restored to its original number and the same be listed on 27.11.2024 before this Tribunal for the purpose already fixed.</p><p>In view of the above, M.A. No.81 of 2024 stands disposed of.</p><p>Case File of M.A. No.81 of 2024 be tagged with the Case File of restored S.A.
