It is further made clear that in case the SHO of the concerned Police Station is approached by the Advocate Court Commissioner then, the necessary police help shall be provided to the Advocate Court Commissioner to facilitate the delivery of possession of premises i.e. Flat No.204 and Flat No.205, 2<sup>nd</sup> Floor, B Wing, Geeta Pushp Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Geeta Nagar, Phase III, Mira Bhayander Road, Mira Road - East, Village - Goddeo, Thane, District Thane 401 107. The Applicant shall pay sum of Rs.20,000/- as fees of the Advocate Court Commissioner.</p><p>In view of the above, M.A. (Diary) No.2031 of 2024 stands disposed of.</p><p>File be consigned to the Record Room.</p></td><td data-bbox="818 126 904 844">Closed</td></tr></table>
