Even otherwise also, the Defendant remained absent on 16.10.2023. So, in the interest of justice and in view of the settlement talks between the parties which are under way, the present M.A. No.159 of 2023 is hereby allowed and Original Application is hereby restored to its original number.</p><p>This Order be tagged with the File of O.A.
