19.05.2022 Roznama-MDRT-III Next date T.A. No. 1832 of 2016 Advocate Mr. G.A. Kshirsagar for Applicant Bank. Defendants absent. Applicant Bank has filed Withdrawal Application (I.A. No. 863 of 2022) for withdrawal of the O.A. No. 1832 of 2016.
