Counsel for respondent no. 1 are present. Nobody appears on behalf of applicant and other respondents on repeated calls.</p><p>On perusal of case record, I find that a pursis has been filed by Ld. Counsel for respondent no. 1 vide Exh. 11 mentioning therein that the loan account has been closed with the borrower i.e. respondent no. 2 and closure letter has been issued on 03.06.2024. <sup>The</sup> <del>Even thereafter</del> applicant is neither appearing since 22.04.2026, nor filing withdrawal application <sup>(even thereafter)</sup> for the reasons best known to him.
