As such, the same may be allowed.</p><p>On perusal of the case record, I find that as the objection raised by the Registry dated 18/09/2025 was not removed within a stipulated period, as such it is declined by the office order dated 18/11/2025.</p><p>As the applicant has undertaken to remove the objection raised by the office within a period of 7 days, as such, the Ld. counsel for the applicant is hereby directed to remove the objection positively within 7 days, failing which no extension will be granted by this Tribunal.</p><p>With this direction, Chamber Appeal is hereby allowed <i>(with the condition mentioned above)</i></p><p><i>Pankaj Kumar</i><br/>(Pankaj Kumar)<br/>Presiding Officer,<br/>DRT, Nagpur.</p></td><td data-bbox="791 178 901 776"></td></tr></tbody></table>
