Counsel for applicant is present.</p><p>The record is put up with Diary No. 896/2025.</p><p>The Ld. Counsel for applicant has submitted that due to ignorance of facts, the defects pointed out by this Tribunal on 12.03.2026 could not be removed within stipulated period and he undertakes to remove the objections within a short span.</p><p>On perusal of case record, I find that the objections raised by office dated 12.03.2026 were not removed by applicant within stipulated period and the same has been declined by registry vide order dated 02.06.2026.</p><p>The Ld. Counsel for applicant is hereby directed to remove the objections raised by office dated 12.03.2026 within a week, failing which no further extension will be granted by this Tribunal. With this direction, C.A.
