The same has been declined by the office dated 11.02.2025 and undertakes to remove the objection raised in Diary No.858/2024 within 7 days. In that view of the matter, the chamber Appeal is hereby allowed with direction to the applicant to remove objection raised by the office in Diary No. 858/2024 within a week.
