Counsel for respondent on 20.02.2026, enclosing therewith No Dues Certificate issued in favour of applicants dated 30.08.2025. Thereafter, several adjournments have been granted by this Tribunal to enable applicants to file withdrawal application. The same has not been filed for the reasons best known to them.
