1. 1. The applicant has moved Chamber Appeal 5/2026 for setting aside the order of learned Registrar passed on 15.04.2026 in Original Application Lodging No. 42/2026.
2. 2. The learned counsel for applicant has submitted that learned Registrar has raised certain objections and due to non-removal of thereof, the O.A. was not accepted and now the applicant is ready to remove all the objections raised by learned Registrar and prayed for allowing the C.A.
3. 3. In view of above submissions, I pass the following order :
**ORDER**
1. i. The applicant is directed to remove all the objections within 15 days from the date of this order, failing to which, C.A. shall stand dismissed.
2. ii. C.A. is allowed accordingly.
3. iii. File be consigned to the records.
