1. 1. The Ld. Counsel for the applicant has filed this Chamber Appeal against the order dated 06/02/2026 whereby the Registrar refused to register the OA as the applicant failed to rectify the objection raised by registry.
2. 2. Now the applicant is ready to remove all the objections as pointed out by the registry.
3. 3. In view of above submissions, I pass the following order.
ORDER
1. i. The Chamber Appeal No.NDN450/2026 (CA) is allowed.
2. ii. IA No.1096/2026 for condonation of delay of 39 days is hereby allowed for the reasons stated therein.
3. iii. The applicant is directed to rectify all objections before Registry within 10 days.
4. iv. File be consigned to the record room.
