1. 1. The applicant as well as bank has filed separate compliance pursis to the effect that Demand Draft of Rs. 7,49,781/- has been handed over to the auction purchaser by bank against proper receipt.
2. 2. In the ~~like~~ like manner, applicant has also handed over Demand Draft of Rs. 8,29,539/- to the auction purchaser against proper receipt and photocopy of demand draft has been enclosed with the pursis filed by both the parties.
3. 3. In compliance report submitted by applicant, he has also prayed for withdrawing M.A. 94/2025 as the matter has been settled.
4. 4. In view of above submissions, I pass the following order :
**ORDER**
1. i. M.A. 94/2025 is hereby disposed of as withdrawn.
2. ii. The respondent bank is directed to provide NOC and release the original title documents to the applicant against proper receipt within a week.
3. iii. Pending IA, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
4. iv. File be consigned to the records.
