1. 1. The applicant has filed Chamber Appeal No.4/2026 against order dated 15.04.2026 passed by the Registrar whereby OA diary No.175/2026 was rejected as the applicant could not be removed all the objections within the stipulated period.
2. 2. It is submitted on behalf of applicant that now the applicant is ready to remove all the office objections raised by the Registrar and prayed for allowing the Chamber Appeal by setting aside the order dated 15.04.2026 passed by the Registrar in OA diary No.175/2026.
3. 3. In view of above submission, I pass the following order.
ORDER
1. i) The Chamber Appeal No.4/2026 is hereby allowed with the direction to the applicant to remove all the objections within a week failing to which, appeal shall be deemed to be dismissed.
2. ii) This order be intimated to the Registrar/Office for compliance.
3. iii) File be consigned to the record.
