1. 1] The applicant has moved M.A.No.76/2025 for condonation of delay in filing S.A. being of 177 days.
2. 2] The respondent vbank filed reply and contested the condonation of delay application.
3. 3] During course of argument the Ld. Counsel for the respondent bank also opposed the application.
4. 4] the Ld.counsel for the applicant submitted that this delay has been caused as the impugned order was not in the knowledge of the applicant and there is no deliberate or intentiobnal delay and further the delay has been explained in the application.
5. 5] In view of above submission, I pass the following order.
ORDER
1. i. M.A.No.76/2025 is hereby allowed.
2. ii. Registry is directed to register the SA.
3. iii. List this matter for reply and completion of pleading before Registrar.
