1. 1] The applicant bank has filed Chamber Appeal No.1091/2026 along with condonation of delay M.A.31/2026.
2. 2] It has submitted on behalf of the applicant bank that O.A. of the Bank was not registered as the bank failed to rectify the objection raised by the Registry and now the applicant is ready to rectify all the objections by Registry.
3. 3] In view of the above submissions made by the Ld. Counsel for the applicant, I pass the following order.
ORDER
1. i. The Chamber Appeal No.1091/2026 is allowed with the direction to the applicant to rectify all the objections within 15 days , failing to which the present Chamber Appeal shall deemed to be dismissed.
2. ii. M.A. No.31/2026 for filing Chamber Appeal is also allowed for the reasons stated therein.
3. iii. Copy of this order be sent to the Registrar.
4. iv. File be consigned to the record.
