2. 2] Further the respondent A.R.C. has filed reply and contested the application.
3. 3] As there is a delay of 9 days only and which has been duly explained by the applicants in the M.A. and I deemed, it is a fit case for condonation of delay.
4. 4] In view of the above submissions and observations, I pass the following order.
ORDER
1. i. M.A.No.57/2021 is hereby allowed and delay of 9 days hereby condoned.
2. ii. Registry is directed to register the S.A.
3. iii. I.A. No.335/2026, IA No.570/2025 and IA No.735/2025 are also disposed of.
4. iv. File be consigned to the record.
