1. 1] The applicant has filed Chamber Appeal No.02/2016 as registration of S.A. has been declined by the Registrar, as the applicant failed to rectify the objections raised by the Registry.
2. 2] The Ld. Counsel for the applicant is ready to rectify all the objections within 10 days.
3. 3] In view of the above submissions made by the Ld. Counsel for the applicant, I pass the following order.
ORDER
1. i. The Chamber Appeal No.02/2016 is allowed with the direction to the applicant to remove all the objections raised by the registry within a week, failing to which the present Chamber Appeal shall deemed to be dismissed.
2. ii. In case of removal of the objections, registry is directed to register the S.A.
3. iii. File be consigned to the record.
