Counsel for both sides are present.</p><p>The Ld. Counsel for the applicant has sought withdrawal of the SA with permission to file a fresh SA as the earlier action of the respondent bank has been withdrawn and fresh action has been taken in this regard.</p><p>No objection to the same has been raised by the Ld. Counsel for the respondent.
