Heard Mr. K. Ram Murthy, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs. K. Rajitha, learned Sr Standing Counsel for Central Government.
2. Mr. K. Ram Murthy, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has submitted his latest representation dated 21.12.2019 ventilating his grievance. It is not disputed that the earlier three representations dated 18.01.2016, 09.03.2016 and 27.06.2019 have not been disposed of by the Respondents.
3. In view of the above, the present Original Application is disposed of at the admission stage, without going into merits of the case, with a direction to the Respondents to dispose of the applicant's representations and also treating the present OA as a representation

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a reasoned speaking order.
4. Original Application is disposed of accordingly at the admission state with no order as to costs.
