12.07.2022: Counsel for both the sides are present.
The Ld. Counsel for the applicant has moved I.A. No. 1088/2022 (**Ex.11**) whereby he has sought permission to withdraw the M.A. as the matter has been settled under "SBI RINN SAMADHAN 2019 Scheme" and "No Due Certificate" has already been issued in favour of the respondents on 24/04/2020, copy of which has been served to the Ld. Counsel for the respondents, who have shown no objection as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Thus I.A. No. 1088/2022 is hereby allowed.
Consequently M. A. No. 630/2002 is hereby disposed of as withdrawn without entering into its merits.
File be closed and consigned to record room.
