Learned counsel for the applicant has filed this application (Exh.9), whereby he has sought permission to withdraw the M.A. on the ground that the loan account has been settled between the parties and no dues certificate has been issued by the Respondent bank and certified copy of property documents have been handed over by the respondent bank to the applicant vide letter dated 30.10.2021.
In that view of the matter, I.A. No.1650/2022 (Exh.9) is hereby allowed. Consequently, M.A. No.38/2020 is hereby disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
