Learned counsel for both sides are present. Learned counsel for the applicant has filed this application (Exh.20), whereby he has sought permission to withdraw the M.A. on the ground that the loan account has been settled between the parties and no dues certificate dated 28.07.2022 has been issued in their favour by the Respondent Bank.
In that view of the matter, I.A. No.1698/2022 (Exh.15) is hereby allowed. Consequently, M.A. No.8/2020 stands disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
In view of disposal of M.A. as above, pending I.A. Nos. 399/2021 (Exh.8), 400/2021 (Exh.9) also stands disposed of.
