Learned counsel for the applicants has filed this application (Exh.10), whereby he has sought permission to withdraw the M.A. on the ground that the loan account has been settled between the parties, a copy of which has been served on Learned counsel for the Respondent.
Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the order dated 26.11.2019 of this Tribunal has already been complied. The same has not been objected by the Learned counsel for the Respondent.
In that view of the matter, I.A. No.1713 (Exh.10) is hereby allowed. Consequently, M.A. No. 87/2019 is hereby disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
