Learned counsel for both sides are present. Learned counsel for the applicant has pressed this application (Exh.11), whereby permission has been sought for withdrawal of the M.A. on the ground that loan account has been settled between the parties, applicant has paid the settlement amount and closure letter dated 31.05.2022 has also been issued by the Respondent, to which Learned counsel for the Respondent has shown no objection.
In that view of the matter, I.A. No. 1570/2022 is hereby allowed. Consequently, M.A. No. 124/2019 is hereby disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
