1. This Miscellaneous Application No.33/2025 has been moved by the applicants for setting aside order dated 18.08.2025 whereby the Securitisation Application No.175/2024 was dismissed in default on the ground that due to technical error, the advocate could not appear before this Tribunal on 18.08.2025 and prayed for restoration of the original Securitisation Application No.175/2024.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent has orally opposed the application.
3. In view of the above submissions, I pass the following order.

ORDER
A. The Miscellaneous Application No.33/2025 is hereby allowed. B. The Securitisation Application No.175/2024 is hereby IN THE DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL, AURANGABAD (BEFORE HON’BLE PRESIDING OFFICER, DRT AT AURANGABAD) ORDER SHEET
[SBJ] (MA No.33/2025) Page 2 of 2 restored to its original position. If any interim relief has been granted in SA No.175/2024 stands vacated and the respondent Finance Company is at liberty to proceed further against the applicants / borrowers, if they have violated the terms and conditions of the loan as well as order of this Tribunal, in accordance with law. C. List the Securitisation Application No.175/2024 for completion of pleadings before the Registrar on 04th October, 2025. D. File of MA No.33/2025 be consigned to the record room. Sd/-
