1. This Miscellaneous Application No.26/2025 has been filed by the applicant bank for restoration of the Original Application No.105/2018 on the ground that Original Application was dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 21.04.2023 as the applicant bank failed to deposit costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only)
imposed upon the bank and now the bank has deposited Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the District Legal Service Authority Aurangabad as per the receipt placed on record.
2. The Original Application no.105/2018 was dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 21.04.2023 and now costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) has been paid by the bank and hence, Miscellaneous Application No.26/2025 filed by the applicant bank is liable to be allowed.
3. In view of the above submissions, I pass the following IN THE DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL, AURANGABAD
