By the present application, the applicants have claimed restoration of Original Application.
Both parties are present. The learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that the Original Application No.1174 of 201,9 be restored to its original file u/s. nQ)G) r/w section 19(25) of Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act. Therefore, he prayed that MA No.M/2024 be allowed and OA be restored.
The learned Advocate for the respondent has no objection to restore Original Application No;l'174/2019 and appropriate order may be passed.
