1. By this Misc. Application, the learned counsel for the applicant bank seeks permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the Recovery Proceeding No.423/2023 issued in Original Application No.1532/2018
which
was
allowed
on
23-11-2023 as the Judgment Debtor applied under the General Scheme for One Time Settlement and has deposited Rs.2,17,299/- on 11th March, 2024, the said amount has been appropriated in the loan account and as such the loan account is closed and the bank has also issued No Dues Certificate stating that the account stands settled and the bank has sacrificed a sum of Rs.13,80,195/-.
2. The applicant has made out the case for withdrawal of the Recovery Certificate as it is satisfied.

ORDER
A. Miscellaneous Application No. 19/2024 is allowed.
B. Copy of this order be sent to the learned Recovery Officer for information. C. The Recovery Officer is directed to close the Recovery Proceedings and also consigned to the record room. D. The Recovery Officer may look into the factum with the original documents if in the file, the same shall be returned to the applicant bank as per procedure. E. Consign the file to the Record Room.
