Miscellaneous
Application No.29/2024 for restoration of Original Application No.168/2019 which was dismissed on 22nd December, 2023 for non-compliance of the order of filing the guidelines regarding the payment of interest during the moratorium period.
2. The counsel for the applicant bank submits that the money advanced by the applicant bank to the borrowers is the public money, earned by sweat and toil of thousands of innocent depositors and shareholders, therefore in order to protect the public interest and public funds it is necessary that the relief be granted to the applicant by restoration of the OA No.168/2019.
