1. This is a Chamber Appeal No.01/2024 has been filed. It is submitted by the counsel that Mr. Sachin P. Talegaonkar has removed all the objections and noting to that effect is already on record.
2. The counsel further pleads that they were not aware of the matter getting listed on 21-03-2024 for uploading of pleadings in PDF. The PDF was not uploaded.
3. Why these objections was not raised at the time of scrutiny and how it is noted that all the objections are removed by the Registry. The banks cannot be permitted to suffer and get their matters delayed for non-proper scrutiny of the pleadings. The Registrar to take care of the same and advise the concern accordingly.
