1. This chamber appeal has been moved with delay. The contents of chamber appeal says that the counsel of the applicant Mr.
Vijay Deshmukh has never been intimated about the objections being raised by the Registry.
2. The Registrar has placed email dated 28.07.2023 addressed to Mr. Vijay Deshmukh i.e. vijaydeshmukh@gmail.com
3. There is defect in sending the email as per the vakalatnama as it has to send on adv.vijaydeshmukh@gmail.com
4. The contention of the applicant is correct as he has not been intimated by the registry about the objections raised by the Registry. Registry to take care and advice to concerned persons to cautious in future.
