1. This is a Chamber Appeal at Diary No.633/2024.
2. In this matter it is submitted that the applicant has removed major objections however certain objections relating to the Para No.5 onwards sequence mismatch is there and Post Dated Vakalatnama uploading of PDF thereof could not be removed in time as the same was required to be obtained from the applicant which was delayed due to various factors since the applicant resided out of station. The counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the objections in the matter forthwith.
3. In these circumstances, the Interlocutory Application No.841/2024 shall be allowed and this delay of 09 days shall be condoned. The Chamber Appeal is taken up.
4. In view of the above, I pass the following order through IN THE DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL, AURANGABAD

A. Interlocutory Application No.841/2024 stands allowed and the delay of 09 days is condoned. The Chamber Appeal is taken up. B. The Diary (CA) No.633/2024 stands allowed. C. Diary No.378/2024 is hereby restored to its original position. D. List the matter before the Registrar for removal of the objections on 12th June, 2024.
